Usage
Used in the paper industry, one is to increase the retention rate of fillers and pigments. In order to reduce the loss of raw materials and pollution to the environment; the second is to increase the strength of the paper (including dry strength and wet strength). In addition, PAM can also increase the tear resistance and porosity of the paper when used, so as to improve the vision and printing performance. Used in food and tea packaging paper. It is widely used in petroleum industry, oil recovery, drilling mud, waste mud treatment, preventing water channeling, reducing friction, improving oil recovery, and tertiary oil recovery. Used as a textile sizing agent, with stable sizing performance, less sizing, low rate of fabric breakage, and smooth fabric surface. PAM is also widely used in thickening, stabilizing colloids, drag reduction, bonding, film formation, biomedical materials, etc. Used in daily chemical industry, it is often combined with laureth-7 and C13-14 isoparaffin in sleep mask to form an emulsion-like thickening, emulsifying and stabilizing agent. Other industries, food industry, used for cane juice clarification and syrup phosphorous float extraction in the production of cane sugar and beet sugar. Storage and transportation
Protect from rain and hot sun during transportation. Be careful when loading and unloading to prevent damage to the package. During transportation, ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall, or be damaged. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. The storage temperature should not exceed 30℃, and the humidity in the storage should be no more than 85%. The packaging must be properly sealed to avoid moisture absorption. It should be stored separately from oxidants, acids, alkalis, flammable (flammable) materials, etc., and should not be stored together. The storage area should be equipped with appropriate information to contain the leakage. Transport vehicles should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment during transportation.
